Couple Experience Lovely Moments

I had a great time at the hotel for New Year's Eve. The front desk girl was super friendly, even offered to help with tips for the night. Plus, breakfast was just right, hot scrambled eggs and biscuits that hit the spot after a long night.

The price was a bit steep, but overall it was still acceptable.

i stayed at best western for 3 nights in a king suite, and it was fantastic! colin at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. the breakfast had a great selection, and the shuttle service to downtown was very convenient. it’s close to opry mills mall and plenty of dining options.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the cozy King Suite with a microwave and fridge. The saltwater pool was so refreshing after our long days, and the relaxing sauna was a perfect way to wind down. The only hiccup was the breakfast. it could definitely use some more natural options. 😊

The fitness center could use better cleanliness. During our stay, there were no disinfectant wipes available, and some equipment seemed neglected. It was a little disappointing when I wanted to work out.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. I loved the big fridge and microwave for convenience. The shower had great pressure, and the towels were nice and thick. The air conditioning worked well, keeping things cool. The only downside was the lighting felt a bit dim in some areas. Overall, it was a nice place to relax after busy days.

I truly enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and the tasteful decor throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home during my stay, which is so important for us seniors.

Improve elevator accessibility for easier navigation.

Breakfast options were solid with plenty of choices. Room cleanliness issues were disappointing, especially with ants in my room.

Room had great air conditioning, mini-fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The shower pressure was amazing with body soap and shampoo provided. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, which were awesome. Pool area was nice and clean. Location was perfect, really close to Opryland without the noise.
